Puppy Priority Wait List

You show your genuine interest by becoming a member of our website and paying a *refundable $100 deposit. 

When your selected breed is available, you will have access to the password protected chronological Priority List during Friday, before the puppies are listed on our public webpage.

You simply click the ‘Reserve Me Now’ button and you have secured that puppy.

The Priority List is very similar to the public site, where photos of puppy and mum and dad are available for you to view to allow you to choose your puppy with full knowledge of what it looks like along with mum and dad.

• When a litter reaches 6 weeks of age they are vaccinated, microchipped and cleared for sale by our vet. We then photograph them and add them to the Priority List page along with their microchip number for identification.
• Each member has access to view this page on the Thursday evening after the puppies reach 6 weeks of age.
• Your exact reservation activation time will be emailed to you after midday on the Wednesday that the litter is ready to be listed. 
• You can also log into your account after midday Wednesday, click ‘My Priority Lists’ to see your reservation activation time.
• Reservation activation times will commence Friday morning with the member that joined the longest ago at P1, then the member at P2, then P3 etc until all members are activated.
• If there are still puppies available when your activation time comes round, and you see one you like, click the ‘reserve me now’ button and this secures that puppy for you to come and meet.
• Think of the Priority List as a very formal queue in which you are waiting for the opportunity of reserving a puppy. Every time someone ahead of you in the queue reserves a puppy, or leaves the queue for any reason, you move up a place. Your membership of this queue lasts for 12 months. 

All you are doing at this point is reserving that individual puppy to come and meet when they are ready to go home which you do at our Melbourne location. We have dedicated meeting and play areas in which your family can meet, play and interact with the puppy to ensure you like each other and we are very happy for you to spend as long as you need doing this. Your payment is refundable* should you not go ahead for any reason.
